MILKING TIME

The cows patiently wait for their turns.

We went on a field trip to a large dairy farm about 40 miles north of our home. We learned about raising cattle, milking cows and processing milk. We were also fortunate to witness the birth of this little calf.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

The dairy farm is just down the road from a school that I attended in first grade. We stopped by to check it out. I don't think Anna was impressed.
