DAY 22/365

BACK IN THE HOSPITAL
(I realized that I hadn't taken any photos today so snapped this from our car as we left the hospital parking garage.)
MawMaw had to be rushed to the hospital today after her labs indicated that she was in renal failure. Further testing indicated that it is a reversible condition caused by one of her blood pressure meds and compounded by dehydration. Her potassium was sky high. A very close call. She'll be hospitalized until at least Monday.
A SONG FOR MAWMAW

When we got home Anna wrote a song for MawMaw. I was amazed and can't wait for my grandmother to hear it.

    I'm sorry your grandmother is sick. How sweet of Anna to write a song for her. I hope she continues to improve.

    oh my goodness, that must have been very scary! I'm so glad to hear that the problem is treatable!! That is so sweet of Anna to write a song for her Mawmaw, you'll have to let us know what Mawmaw says when she gets to hear it!
